ZC2026002 Schwinkdendorf Holdings, 2546 E. Harbor Rd. Port Clinton, Ohio 43452 Requesting a rezoning request from the “A” Agricultural District to “C-2” General Commercial District. Located at 2546 E. Harbor Rd. Port Clinton, OH and being part of SE ¼ of Section 34, T6N, R17E containing 24.264 acres of land. Said meeting will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Portage Township Hall, 2501 E. State Rd., Port Clinton, OH 43452.
