Notice of Public Hearing

The hearing will be held at the Portage Township Complex. A variance request (No. BZA2024005A) by Bassett Land Co., 1965 E. Harbor Rd.,
Port Clinton, OH 43452 has been filed and known as being Part of Section 4, T6N,
R17E and Section 33, T7N, R17E Portage Township, Ottawa County, Ohio and
containing approximately 4.2 acres more or less. The request is to allow the
front yard setback be reduced to twenty-three (23) feet in lieu of the required
forty (40) feet.
Review of the application is available at the Portage Township Hall, Zoning
Inspector Office, Mondays 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 10:00
a.m.
