CEMETERIES

Portage Township maintains three cemeteries: Dwelle Cemetery, Shook Cemetery, and Christy Chapel Cemetery. Christy Chapel is the only cemetery in the township available for burials. Cemetery clean up this year is March 22-29, 2025 and October 4-11, 2025. Please contact the Cemetery Administrator with any questions.
