The Portage Township Zoning Commission hereby gives notice of a public meeting upon the proposed zoning map amendment to The Portage Township Zoning Resolution, 2501 E. State Rd., Port Clinton, Ohio to consider the following zoning map amendments.

Requesting a rezoning request from the “A” Agricultural District to “C-2” General Commercial District. Property is known as Erie Environmental, 2251 E State Rd. Rd. Port Clinton, OH and being part of Section 3, T6N, R17E containing 3.315 acres of land.
The Zoning Commission meeting will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. and The Portage Township Trustees will hear the request on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 6:45 p.m. at the Portage Township Hall, 2501 E. State Rd., Port Clinton, OH 43452.
