The Portage Township Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice of a public hearing upon the application to The Portage Township Board of Zoning Appeals, 2501 E. State Rd., Port Clinton, Ohio to consider the following variance requests.
BZA2025008 George Diab, 26 N. Sandpiper Court., Port Clinton, Ohio 43452. Requesting a rear side-yard setback to be reduced to 14 feet in lieu of the required 25-foot rear-yard setback for the purpose of a concrete deck at his residence located at 26 N. Sandpiper Court, Port Clinton, OH 43452. Said hearing will be held Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Portage Township Hall, 2501 E. State Rd., Port Clinton, OH 43452.
