LEGAL NOTICE
The Portage Township Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Portage Township Hall, 2501 State Rd., Port Clinton, Ohio.
A variance request (No. BZA2026005) by Albert & Mariann Davids, 522 E Rohde Dr., Port Clinton, OH known as and being a part of CH Rohdes Subdivision situated in Section 8, Town 6 North, Range 17 East, Portage Township, Ottawa County, OH and known as 522 Rohde Dr. The request is to allow an increase in height variance of 21 feet 2.5 inches in lieu of the permitted 15 feet for the construction of an accessory structure.
