PUBLIC HEARING

The Portage Township Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice of a
public hearing upon the Application for Variance filed by Kelsey Lodging
LLC, 57 NE Catawba Rd., Port Clinton, OH for the placement of a
monument sign for The Hampton Inn, on E Harbor Rd. (In front of The
Que), reducing the front yard setback to 15 feet and the side yard set
back to 10 feet.

Said public hearing will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 6:30
p.m. at the Portage Township Hall, 2501 E. State Rd., Port Clinton, OH

The Portage Township Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice of
a public hearing upon the Application for Variance filed by U-haul
Moving & Storage of Port Clinton to increase the height of two (2)
storage buildings to 45 feet in lieu of the permitted 35 feet at 2841 E.
Harbor Rd., Port Clinton, OH.

Said public hearing will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 7:00
