Upcoming Railroad Crossing Closure in Gypsum – Plan Ahead
Norfolk Southern will be replacing several railroad crossings throughout Ottawa County in the coming weeks. This important maintenance requires full closures at each location, with no traffic allowed through during construction.
Here in Portage Township, the railroad crossing in Gypsum is scheduled to close on August 18 and remain closed for approximately 10 days while crews complete the necessary upgrades.
